Having interior winch controls makes a lot of sense. One can do this using the antenna switch from a 95-97 FZJ80 and some relays. Below is a link to a circuit diagram for using this switch to activate a Warn winch with a 5 pin remote.
This circuit is now available as a circuit board for easy installation.
