An obvious problem you’ll quickly see is the low hanging plastic factory washer fluid tank by the passenger front tire.

This new aluminum tank bolts right into place with no modifications to the wiring harness or plumbing. It uses the existing holes for the secondary air injection pump and comes with a stainless steel bracket to relocate the air pump to the top of the washer fluid tank.

The tank is waterjet cut and TIG welded in Grand Junction, Colorado from .100 5052 aluminum. It’s finished in a semi-gloss black powder coat and comes with a vented cap with a lanyard and all the necessary hardware to install.

    Adding a high clearance front bumper or 35″+ plus tires on your 100 series? It’s time to move your plastic washer fluid tank out of the wheel well and to a safe spot under the hood.

    These relocated tanks are a made from .100″ thick 5052 aluminum right here in Grand Junction, Colorado. Fully tig welded and finished with a semi gloss black powder coat.

    They install using factory holes behind the passenger headlight for a quick bolt on installation. All you need to do is remove your two pumps and gaskets from the old tank and swap them into the new one, then extend the wiring harness and hoses from the driver side to the passenger side.

    *LX470 Owners- these tanks do not have a hole for the fluid level sensor. Unplugging the sensor’s wiring turn off the light and disable it for future use.
