Slee-Carrier ™ Swing Out Tire Carrier

After seeing the original Slee-Carrier Kendall had to have one. This is similar in design as the original with minor improvements. The latch catch plate now bolts to the receiver piece and the antenna mounts has been capped to protect the connector.
